Nail Service Procedure

*Process reservation (Telephone, Email, and Receptionist Reservation)
* Getting Tools and Equipment Ready (Inventory, Sterilization, Manicure table arrangement)
* Welcoming client (Greeting, leading to the reception area/ ” Good Morning! I’m ______ Welcome to
    Rich Salon! I’m the nail technician for today. How may I help you? I will be happy to assist you  
    Ms.______ This way please” )
* Recording Client information (Client Record Form/ )
* Client Consultation (Client Consultation Form)
* Presenting Service Menu (Service Menu, “May I present our Service Menu here at Rich Salon”)
* Listing Service Request Details
* Making Sure Client Feel Comfortable (Ask if the customer is comfortable.
    Inform where the Rest Room is.
* Providing Excellent Service (Manicure Service. Show empathy when client is emotional)
* Checking Customer Satisfaction (Ask client if she is happy with your service)
* Post Service Advice for Nail Care (Advice client how to take care of her nails)
* Giving Calling Card (Ask client to refer the Salon to her friends)
* Processing Payment (Assist client to the cashier/present the bill if the customer requests)
* Bidding Client Good bye (Thank you for visiting Rich Salon! We hope to see you again)
* Post Activity (3 R’s, Segregate wastes. Clean wash and sterilize used tools. Sanitize chairs and tables.)
